What is an eSIM?
It's a SIM built into your phone. Instead of a plastic card you get a QR code, and your phone uses it to download the carrier profile and connect.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06#. If you see an EID, it does. The phone also needs to be carrier unlocked. Supported models are listed on the eSIM phones page.
When should I buy and install it?
Ahead of time, at home, on Wi-Fi: installing needs an internet connection. Each plan says when its validity starts: at install or the first time you go online.
Does the eSIM come with a phone number?
No, our eSIMs are data only. You can call and message through apps, and your main SIM stays in the phone for calls and texts.
How do I get a refund?
While the eSIM isn't installed, cancel it from your account and we'll refund you the same way you paid. Once installed, the profile is on the phone and can't be taken back.
