eSIM phones
The surest check: dial *#06#. If you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM. It also needs to be carrier unlocked.
iPhone
iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and every newer model, including the 2nd and 3rd generation SE. iPhones bought in mainland China usually have no eSIM: they take a second physical SIM instead.
Samsung
Galaxy S20 series and newer, Galaxy Note 20, and the foldable Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip. Some country versions ship with eSIM turned off, so check with *#06#.
Google Pixel
Pixel 3 and newer, except some carrier models sold in Japan and Australia.
Other brands
Many Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Motorola, Sony and other models have eSIM, but not all of them and not in every country. Dial *#06# or look for Add eSIM under SIM cards in Settings.
Tablets and watches
Our eSIMs are made for phones. They usually work on tablets with eSIM too, but not on watches.
