How it works
From picking a plan to being online after you land usually takes about five minutes of your time, three of them for installing.
1. Choose a destination and plan
Plans differ by data, days and when validity starts: at install or the first time you go online. Each plan says which.
2. Pay
Prices are in rubles, and we show any payment fee before you pay. Buy with just your email, or sign in with your impMarket account.
3. Install the eSIM at home
After payment you get a QR code and a one-tap install button. The same QR code arrives by email. Installing needs internet, so do it on Wi-Fi before your trip.
- iPhone: tap "Install with one tap", or point the camera at the QR code.
- Android: Settings, then Connections or Network & internet, then SIM cards, Add eSIM, and scan the QR code.
- No camera handy? Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code by hand. They're under the QR code.
4. Turn it on when you land
- Pick the new eSIM for mobile data.
- Turn on data roaming for it. That's the normal setting for a travel eSIM and won't cost you roaming fees.
- Keep your main SIM for calls and texts. It's safer to turn data roaming off on it.
If something goes wrong
Until the eSIM is installed, you can cancel it from your account for a refund. If installing doesn't work, message us on Telegram and we'll help.
